1. Genel Bakış

SOHO SM Panel, dijital ajansların ve markaların sosyal medya hesaplarını merkezi olarak yönetmelerini sağlayan çok kiracılı (multi-tenant) profesyonel bir web platformudur. Platform; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube ve TikTok hesaplarını tek panelden yönetmenize olanak tanır. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, platformu kullanan tüm kişilerin verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, işlendiğini ve korunduğunu açıklar. Platforma erişerek bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Overview

SOHO SM Panel is a multi-tenant professional web platform that enables digital agencies and brands to centrally manage their social media accounts. The platform allows you to manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok accounts from a single dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains how the data of all persons using the platform is collected, processed, and protected. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.

  • Zamanlanmış gönderi içerikleri, başlıkları ve yüklenen medya dosyaları (görsel, video)
  • Rakip analizi için girilen platform kullanıcı adları ve anlık görüntü verileri
  • Sistem kullanım kayıtları (hata logları, işlem geçmişi)
  • Tarayıcı türü ve IP adresi (güvenlik amaçlı, oturum bazında)

2. Data We Collect

  • Username, email address, and password hashed with bcrypt
  • First name, last name, and profile photo (optional)
  • OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens for connected social media accounts
  • Post, comment, like, and message content from social media pages
  • Scheduled post content, titles, and uploaded media files (images, videos)
  • Platform usernames entered for competitor analysis and snapshot data
  • System usage records (error logs, action history)
  • Browser type and IP address (for security, session-based)

3. Verilerin Kullanım Amacı

3. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used only for the following purposes:

  • Managing social media accounts through official platform APIs
  • Automatically publishing scheduled posts
  • Viewing and responding to comments and direct messages
  • Generating competitor analysis and performance reports
  • Ensuring platform security and preventing unauthorized access
  • Improving user experience

Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes under any circumstances.

5. Veri Güvenliği

  • Tüm parolalar bcrypt algoritması ile hashlenir; düz metin olarak saklanmaz
  • OAuth erişim token'ları veritabanında şifreli olarak saklanır
  • CSRF koruması tüm form ve AJAX isteklerinde aktiftir
  • PDO prepared statements kullanılarak SQL injection önlenmektedir
  • Sunucu HTTPS/TLS ile çalışmaktadır
  • Oturum güvenliği: HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure cookie bayrakları aktiftir
  • Yalnızca yetkili kullanıcılar kendi müşteri/marka verilerine erişebilir (çok kiracılı izolasyon)

5. Data Security

  • All passwords are hashed with bcrypt and are never stored in plain text
  • OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted in the database
  • CSRF protection is active for all forms and AJAX requests
  • SQL injection is prevented through PDO prepared statements
  • The server runs over HTTPS/TLS
  • Session security uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure cookie flags
  • Only authorized users can access their own client/brand data (multi-tenant isolation)

6. Veri Saklama Süresi

  • Kullanıcı hesapları ve ilgili tüm veriler, hesap silinme talebi iletilene kadar saklanır
  • OAuth token'ları, platform tarafından belirlenen geçerlilik süreleri dolunca otomatik olarak yenilenir veya kullanıcı tarafından iptal edilebilir
  • Hata logları ve sistem kayıtları 90 gün süreyle saklanır
  • Hesap silme taleplerini [email protected] adresine iletebilirsiniz

6. Data Retention

  • User accounts and all related data are retained until an account deletion request is submitted
  • OAuth tokens are automatically refreshed when platform-defined validity periods expire, or can be revoked by the user
  • Error logs and system records are retained for 90 days
  • You may send account deletion requests to [email protected]

7. Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK / GDPR)

Platform kullanıcıları aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

  • Erişim hakkı: Hakkınızda tutulan verilerin kopyasını talep edebilirsiniz
  • Düzeltme hakkı: Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteyebilirsiniz
  • Silme hakkı: Hesabınızın ve tüm verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz
  • İşleme itiraz hakkı: Verilerinizin belirli amaçlarla işlenmesine itiraz edebilirsiniz
  • Taşınabilirlik hakkı: Verilerinizin makine okunabilir formatta iletilmesini talep edebilirsiniz

Platform users have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your account and all your data
  • Right to object to processing: You may object to processing for specific purposes
  • Right to portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You may file a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK)

8. Çerezler (Cookie Politikası)

Platform yalnızca işlevsel amaçlarla zorunlu çerezler kullanır:

  • Oturum çerezi (session): Giriş durumunuzu korumak için kullanılır; tarayıcı kapatıldığında silinir
  • CSRF token çerezi: Form güvenliği için kullanılır

Platform; izleme, analitik veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraf çerez kullanmaz.

8. Cookies

The platform uses only strictly necessary cookies for functional purposes:

  • Session cookie: Used to maintain your login state; deleted when the browser is closed
  • CSRF token cookie: Used for form security

The platform does not use third-party cookies for tracking, analytics, or marketing purposes.

9. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Platform yalnızca aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf API hizmetleriyle entegre çalışır: Meta Graph API, Twitter/X API, LinkedIn API, YouTube Data API, TikTok API. 9. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates only with the following third-party API services: Meta Graph API, Twitter/X API, LinkedIn API, YouTube Data API, and TikTok API. These integrations are used solely to provide the core functions of the platform. For the third parties' own privacy policies, please refer to the relevant platform links (see Section 4).

Terms of Service

1. Kabul

SOHO SM Panel'e ("Platform") erişerek veya platformu kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ("Koşullar") kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız platformu kullanmayınız. Platform, SOHO Dijital Medya tarafından işletilmektedir.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SOHO SM Panel (the "Platform"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by SOHO Dijital Medya.

2. Hizmet Kapsamı

Platform; sosyal medya hesap yönetimi, içerik planlama ve zamanlama, yorum ve mesaj yönetimi, analitik raporlama ve rakip analizi hizmetleri sunar. Hizmetler yalnızca ticari ve kurumsal kullanım için tasarlanmıştır. Platform, yalnızca yetkili kullanıcılara sunulmakta olup kayıt ve onay sürecine tabidir.

2. Scope of Service

The Platform provides social media account management, content planning and scheduling, comment and message management, analytics reporting, and competitor analysis services. Services are designed for commercial and corporate use only. The Platform is offered only to authorized users and is subject to registration and approval.

3. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

Kullanıcı, platformu kullanırken:

  • Platforma yalnızca kendi yetkili olduğu marka ve müşteri hesapları adına erişeceğini
  • Bağladığı sosyal medya hesaplarının yasal sahibi veya yetkili temsilcisi olduğunu
  • Üçüncü taraf platform politikalarını (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn vb.) ihlal etmeyeceğini
  • Platform üzerinden spam, yanıltıcı veya yasadışı içerik yayımlamayacağını
  • Giriş bilgilerini gizli tutacağını ve yetkisiz kişilerle paylaşmayacağını
  • Sisteme zarar verecek her türlü eylemden (DDoS, SQL enjeksiyonu, vb.) kaçınacağını kabul eder.

3. User Obligations

When using the Platform, the user agrees that they will:

  • Access the Platform only on behalf of brand and client accounts they are authorized to manage
  • Be the legal owner or authorized representative of connected social media accounts
  • Not violate third-party platform policies (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Not publish spam, misleading, or illegal content through the Platform
  • Keep login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons
  • Avoid any action that may harm the system (DDoS, SQL injection, etc.)

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Platform yazılımı, tasarımı, arayüzü ve içerikleri SOHO Dijital Medya'ya aittir ve telif hukuku kapsamında korunmaktadır. Kullanıcılar platformu yalnızca bu Koşullar çerçevesinde kullanma hakkına sahiptir; lisans devredilemez ve alt lisans verilemez.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform software, design, interface, and content belong to SOHO Dijital Medya and are protected under copyright law. Users are granted only a right to use the Platform within these Terms; the license is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed.

5. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

  • Platform "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez
  • Üçüncü taraf API değişikliklerinden (Meta, TikTok, Twitter vb.) kaynaklanan hizmet kesintilerinden SOHO Dijital Medya sorumlu tutulamaz
  • Kullanıcının platform üzerinden yayımladığı içeriklerden doğan hukuki sorumluluk tamamen kullanıcıya aittir
  • Platformun azami sorumluluğu, son 3 aylık abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed
  • SOHO Dijital Medya cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by third-party API changes (Meta, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
  • The user bears full legal responsibility for content published through the Platform
  • The Platform's maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 3 months

6. Hesap Askıya Alma ve Fesih

SOHO Dijital Medya, bu Koşullar'ı ihlal eden, yasadışı içerik yayan veya platforma zarar veren kullanıcıların hesaplarını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir. Kullanıcı da hesabını [email protected] adresine yazılı başvuru ile istediği zaman kapatabilir.

6. Suspension and Termination

SOHO Dijital Medya may suspend or terminate, without prior notice, accounts of users who violate these Terms, publish illegal content, or harm the Platform. Users may also close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].

7. Hukuki Dayanak ve Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türk hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir. Kişisel veri işleme konularında 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) esas alınır.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. In disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. For personal data processing matters, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) is applied.
